Mezzanine racking is usually suitable for warehouses with a height of more than 4 meters. Mezzanine racks can make full use of space and even achieve 90% of utilization.

This type of racks is suitable for warehouses adopting manual working. Compared with  operation with forklifts and automatic machines, its operating efficiency is fitter for workers to pick up and store light duty goods.

Heavy-duty attic racks can bear 1-2 tons products per square meter. Downstairs are columns or several groups of shelves, and several rows of shelves are placed upstairs to facilitate manual work.

Mezzanine racks are equipped with special stairs, elevators for lifting goods, slides, etc.

Customized racks

When building area of one factory is limited, customized mezzanine racking can make full use of upper space of its warehouse, usually increasing its space by 2 or 3 times. Its floor panels mostly use cold-rolled iron, which have guaranteed load-bearing capacity. Basically, the load-bearing capacity of attic racks --per square meter 300-800KG.

Each tier of mezzanine racking acts as an independent storage space. Storing heavier goods on first  floor and lighter goods on upper floors.
